Katie Krim, Co-Founder
Katie Krim is an Emmy Award-winning casting director, talent executive, and celebrity booker with a career spanning two decades in unscripted television. Recognized for her ability to spot breakout talent and build lasting relationships across the industry, Katie has cast and booked for hit series across every major network and streamer, spanning formats from game show, makeover and competition to science and celebrity docuseries.
She began her career in television working on Dr. Phil (CBS) and quickly established herself as a go-to casting director and booker on high-profile unscripted formats for major networks.
As Head of Talent Development at Endemol, she helped develop and launch The O’Neals (OWN) with Ryan and Tatum O'Neal, attached talent to shows like Wipeout and Love in the Wild, and played a key role in launching Steve Harvey in syndication, earning an Emmy for Outstanding Informative Talk Show.
Katie went on to serve as VP of Talent at Endemol Shine for six years, where she oversaw all casting, celebrity booking, and talent relations across a wide slate of programming. In this role, she helped guide format development, staffed hosts and judges, and built long-standing relationships across the industry. From Wipeout, Fear Factor, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Biggest Loser and MasterChef Celebrity Showdown to Pitbull’s New Year’s Revolution and Page Six TV, Katie was a central force in shaping talent-driven content.
She also served as Supervising Talent Producer on high-profile, talent-driven series including Hollywood Medium (E!), Bill Nye Saves the World (Netflix), and multiple seasons of MTV’s The Challenge franchise. During this time, she also partnered with Evolution Media to develop and sell Growing Up Supermodel (Lifetime), further building on her track record in celebrity-focused docuseries.
Now, as Co-Founder of Persons of Interest Productions, Katie brings her strategic vision, pop culture savvy, and casting expertise to every project. She’s known for shaping breakout casts that bring originality, heart and impact to every series.
Billy Kemp, Co-Founder
Billy Kemp is a casting director, talent executive, and unscripted development producer with over 25 years of experience in television. Known for his sharp eye, creative instincts, and strong relationships with talent and reps, Billy has helped cast and shape some of the most memorable reality, lifestyle, and competition formats across broadcast, cable, and streaming.
He began his career as a researcher for talk shows before rising through the ranks on everything from dating and game shows to MTV Spring Break and primetime wedding specials for FOX. Early on, Billy established himself as a trusted producer with a strong hand in talent, leading to casting department leadership roles on Elimidate (Syndication), Wife Swap (ABC), Temptation Island (FOX), and Nanny 911 (FOX).
His ability to spot trends and build talent-forward formats led to a decade-long run as VP of Talent and Casting at Fremantle Media. There, he oversaw casting and celebrity bookings for American Idol, X Factor, The Great Christmas Light Fight, The Price Is Right, Let’s Make a Deal, and America’s Got Talent, while also creating internal systems to track and develop emerging talent.
Billy later served as VP of Talent Development at Banijay Studios North America, where he oversaw casting for all series and played a key role in shaping the company’s development slate. He created and sold What Happens at The Abbey (E!) and brought in Teyana Taylor and Iman Shumpert, ultimately developing and packaging their hit VH1 series Teyana & Iman, where he was credited as Executive Producer. Additional projects under his oversight included Child Support (ABC), The Secret Life of Kids (USA), and Big Fan (ABC).
Now, as Co-Founder of Persons of Interest Productions, Billy brings his industry insight, creative instincts, and talent expertise to every project. He specializes in building casts that elevate ideas, strengthen formats, and make viewers all over the world take notice.
